I set my law degree aside to become a digital strategist with one obsession: making marketing and technology easy to understand. For almost six years I've worked where law, innovation and content meet, turning complex ideas into stories that sell. At Cryptonews I led an international writing team as SEO content editor and saw first-hand how AI summaries changed search. Yes. I work under the EU GDPR and Spain's data protection law (LOPDGDD). Whenever I access personal data (CRM contacts, email lists, analytics), I sign a Data Processing Agreement as data processor, and an NDA on request. Access is limited to what the project needs, tools are GDPR-compliant, and all access is revoked at the end of the engagement. My law degree helps me spot compliance risks early, especially in regulated sectors.
