What challenge were you trying to address with Marie Street Media?

I wanted to advertise my business to get exposure and attract people who try to stay healthy and people with health conditions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Marie Street Media has helped me to get my products out, create the menu exposure, and develop my website from scratch to get the word out. Initially, I provided the menu to integrate it into the site.

Also, they’ve helped me with SMM for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, emails, and texts. Currently, Marie Stree Media is working on targeting people in certain areas, such as the gym, health stores, and clinics.

I worked with two team members.

How did you come to work with Marie Street Media?

Somebody referred them to me, so it was through word of mouth. I chose them for their pricing and performance.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent close to $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2021, and our relationship is ongoing. We started the web development project in February 2022, and they delivered it in less than a month.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The site went live today, and Marie Street Media delivered an eye-grabbing website. I’ve had quite a few people saying the design is nice. Also, people have given feedback on Facebook and Instagram, commenting that they want to go to the bakery, which is an excellent thing.

How did Marie Street Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is excellent. They’re very prompt and professional. We use emails, texts, and phone calls to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They stand out for their affordability, but overall, their work is excellent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m really satisfied with everything they do.

They built my website and did advertising.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When I first started my business, I hired them to build a website. They did the development and even came out to take photographs for the website. They also provided advertising and marketing support. They focused on running ads on social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter. 

What is the team composition? 

I worked with Robert primarily. I also worked with a few other people including a photographer. 

How did you come to work with Marie Street Media?

I heard about them through word of mouth. When I met with them, they appeared to be very credible and competent. I looked at some other vendors, but they seemed like the best fit. 

How much have you invested with them?

I spent about $5,000 for the initial setup, and then there were monthly fees. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2016, and the engagement ended in 2019. I’m taking a temporary hiatus from the business.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Several of my colleagues saw my website and told me how nice it looked. They ended up hiring Marie Street Media to redo their own websites. I also saw a steady increase in site traffic. 

How did Marie Street Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication was excellent. They met every deadline. We mostly communicated through email, text messages, and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re credible and reliable. Everything they said they would do, they did. They were also very timely. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything. They did an outstanding job. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

I just highly recommend them. I’ve referred them time and time again.
