I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I hired them to create content for our website, with the expectation that they would cooperate with our web developer to understand the site’s structure. I provided all the necessary information: competitor insights, details about our business, and access to our old website. Unfortunately, instead of crafting compelling, sales-focused copy, the team simply reworded our old content without conducting any research or applying a proper marketing strategy. The team failed to understand the importance of tailoring the text to fit the website’s structure and purpose. 
Despite several calls where I explained the specific goals and meanings behind each section, the final product was still far from what I requested. They didn’t even collaborate with the web developer to ensure the copy was aligned with the design and flow of the site.The project, which was supposed to take two weeks for three pages, ended up taking four weeks. To make matters worse, the English translation was subpar, with outdated expressions and numerous mistranslations that made the text feel unprofessional and disconnected. 
When I requested compensation for the delay and the unsatisfactory work, the company refused. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to deliver the agreed-upon service left me extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise others to avoid working with them

In the brief we provided to the client for completion, there were no examples or clear references specified (despite us requesting them multiple times!). This made the process more complicated since, without a detailed brief, it is difficult to create a text that fully meets the client's expectations.

Additionally, we did not receive specific feedback on what exactly was wrong with the texts, except for one issue related to keywords, which we immediately corrected. Typically, clients who know what they need clearly highlight what they don’t like in the text and specify what needs to be adjusted or replaced, rather than providing vague feedback like: "The text is bad, I don’t like it, replace it."

It gave the impression that the client herself had not fully decided on what the final text should be, which further complicated our collaboration.

From a copywriting perspective, the text was written according to all requirements: it was created in two languages by a C1-level writer, had a proper structure, was unique, and had 0% AI involvement—all of this with the minimal information provided in the brief.
