    We start with a kickoff call to align on the role, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profile. From there we provide weekly progress updates, shortlist top candidates for your review, coordinate interviews, and support you through offer negotiation. All communication happens via your preferred channels — Slack, email, or scheduled calls.

    Each search follows a 5-step process: discovery (understanding the role and team), sourcing (active outreach across our talent network), screening (technical and cultural vetting), client interviews (curated shortlists, never resume dumps), and placement support (offer guidance, onboarding, and 90-day check-ins).

    Marco recruits across Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, and beyond), the Philippines, and South Africa. All candidates are fluent in English and work in time zones that overlap with US business hours.

    Our default model is direct-hire — you employ the candidate on your own payroll and benefits, giving you full control of the relationship. For clients who prefer it, we can also act as Employer of Record (EOR) or contractor of record, handling payroll, compliance, and benefits in the candidate's home country.
