WHO I AM

I'm Marcin Sarnowski, an independent AI consultant who stands between vendors and clients—always on the client side. I combine unique experience as:

• AI Consultant & Business Analyst (evaluated dozens of vendor proposals)

• Business Development Manager (know vendor economics from inside)

This dual perspective—building AI as an engineer AND buying it as a client—gives me insight into both sides of the table. I know all the vendor tricks because I used to be one of them.

**Second Opinion Service** – Independent verification before major AI decisions. Is the proposed solution right for your needs? Are timelines realistic? Is the price fair?

**AI Strategy Consulting** – Helping define AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and prepare RFPs that attract serious vendors (and filter out the rest).

**Implementation Oversight** – Monitoring vendor performance during projects to ensure deliverables match promises.
