I am the co-founder of a professional training and coaching center.

What challenge were you trying to address with Manzana?

We hired Manzana to develop a web-based platform for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Manzana has developed an online, web-based education platform for us and is now providing marketing and advertising services for it. A lot of Manzana's work focuses on improving our customer conversion rate. To do that, Manzana has audited our competitors to determine what keywords are working for them and then put together a study to determine which keywords work best for our platform. 

We've used the targeted keywords from Manzana for our SEO efforts. We've also worked on email campaigns and PPC with ​​Manzana; we tried several automated marketing campaigns with ActiveCampagin. Currently, we're trying to use Marketo for our website. 

What is the team composition?

We've worked with community, traffic, and project managers, along with the CEO. 

How did you come to work with Manzana?

We were referred to Manzana — I believe they only take on new clients through referrals. 

How much have you invested with them?

We've invested around $150,000 with Manzana so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Manzana began in January 2020, and it's ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Manzana has taken the time to understand our needs and the industry we operate in to ensure they provide the best service possible. The web-based education platform they've developed is fantastic. We're delighted with the results of the digital marketing work, including the SEO campaigns. The work Manzana is doing is good, so we've decided to extend our contract with them. 

How did Manzana perform from a project management standpoint?

We have in-person meetings once a week; we also use Microsoft Teams, Slack, and WhatsApp to communicate daily, but the platform changes depending on which team I'm contacting. They always meet deadlines, but if there are delays, they communicate them in advance. We use ClickUp and Clockify to determine how much time is spent on each project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Manzana is very creative and reactive — they dive deep into projects to provide the best service they can. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would appreciate it if Manzana would expand their services into cities other than Marrakech. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd advise future customers to fully explain what they're looking for from the partnership.

Reservations grew by 76% and revenue with 31%. Organic traffic tripled.
