Mansfield Castings is a low to medium volume sand and permanent mold jobbing foundry. We can help you design your aluminum casting, giving you ideas on the best way to manufacture your part. If you are looking to reduce cost by changing a fabrication to a casting, we can help you with that, too. We have a good network of pattern manufacturers and machining sources with a multitude of capabilities to help you solve your casting needs.
We specialize in high grade commercial castings – castings with internal integrity, castings that are pressure tight, castings that are made in a quality controlled environment all the way from the sand we use to make the molds to the “OK to Ship” tags we put on each box as it leaves our foundry.
