I am Shivam, The Senior Digital Marketer at Cryptosass. Basically We are a service-based company providing digital marketing services to people worldwide. I am handling a team here and the whole management cycle of multiple projects and keeping track on their analytics and progression.

For what projects/services did your company hire Manras Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?

We need a cloud platform that can integrate the progression done by clients, users and senior management on a single panel. Although we need some online support for backend data integration and mapping on a long term basis

What were your goals for this project?

We require a Salesforce company that can provide Cloud solutions for the long term with the complete projection of goals and 24-hour service so our deliveries won't get extended or get late. with a technical view, We need a complete cloud platform panel that will fulfill all our needs of digital marketing services.

How did you select this vendor?

Well, I am the right hand to our Technical Officer and he had given me this task to find the most suitable firm so that we can grow in terms of work while restricting our company size. So I posted on LinkedIn regarding my requirements and they come up with the best sales pitch at the most competitive pricing. they showed us some of the flaws and areas we are lacking in along with the development of this new platform so we can fully overcome all the traditional ways.

Describe the project in detail.

They started the work with a comprehensive review of our business services. This included all of our work contracts, our customer workflows, and immature learns of our inventory and tracking systems. They started developing Salesforce on the basis of that so that it would work with all of our different business units whether it will be the end-user, marketing heads or clients. It helped to clean up our database, getting everything in one place and tied together with our backend with Salesforce.

What was the team composition?

I primarily worked with four of the members including two project managers and two professional salesforce architecture that is proficient to make this possible. They have driven their timing so they can available to me 24 hours i.e the best thing about them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The dashboard Panel is fully built within months, but we’ve retained Manras as consultants for backend integrations. They provide feedback and develop other tools for us that helps to fill the gaps in between. We’ve pivoted our business models since we engaged with them for the major platform, so we’re working on how to change the dashboard to fit our latest requirements.

The original dashboard panel was the perfect fit, and we’ve used it to onboard all of our business partners and management. It’s also helped our business development team manage deals. Our partnership with Manras is evolving, and I think it will continue for a long time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They’re just fantastic in what they do. I can’t say enough good things about them and their service deliveries. From a professional and creative perspective, they all stand out the best and capable enough to justify their experience.

The project managers were very much friendly and consulted me on how to use it and how it could work with our business model. We had a couple of Zoom meetings online, LinkedIn texts but mostly we communicated through email because that was our foremost preference.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’re relatively small in terms, so you get a lot of attention. You got to work with their top-level management who are really good at emerging the whole process easier. Any time we had a question or query, they are available to explain themselves.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, not at all for right now.

Our company hires them for the project salesforce changes. We want to send e-mails to the customers automatically also need a software who can manage the salaries single handedly.

What were your goals for this project?

The software to be designed should be capable enough to manage the entries of the emlployes and provide ppt as well as excel sheet at the same time.

How did you select this vendor?

They were selected on the basis of their previous projects. Their was eight another companies from which we hired Manras techonologies because of their commitment and their cost.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed a sofware first and then their developers check the feasibility of the software for almost 2 weeks. After that they configured it and then launched it for the verification. Their developers provide us each and every detail of the software in writing and also keep us up to date after every week.

What was the team composition?

The project team was of 10 members. Apparently some people come and go on the basis of their need. Their was total of 3 developers in the team and a project manager who was the direct point of contact for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our project was completed earlier than the date they finalized. Our board of directors and our investors was very much satisfied with this project because due to this software manpower needed for this work is reduced and their is no chance of mistakes or corrections.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was very effective as compared to other vendors. Works efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines regardless of whether one is under pressure or not. Provides professional support to the team and motivates the members to work together to achieve team goals and co-operation within the team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They maintain the transparency between the client and the team. We were directly connected with the team members. Its difficult for the middle man to maintain the balance between both so its very impressive to see the transparency provided by them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is very little they can improve. My only suggestion will be for the unexpierenced that they should follow the documents before improvizing any idea.
