I hired Malvi Gajjar Architect for the interior design of our office.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Malvi Gajjar Architect handled everything from scratch to the end of the interior design process. I gave them a blank space, and they discussed our requirements, such as team size, type of workspace, and the environment I wanted to create for my office. They listened to us very calmly and came out with a wonderful space organization. They utilized each corner of our office. Finally, my office looked spacious, minimal, and vibrant, as I always wanted.Malvi Gajjar Architect provided us with detailed design plans and 3D renderings. They also helped us with material selection, such as laminate and lights. We gave them a turnkey project, so they also conducted the complete inspection.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My office looked vibrant and spacious, which suited my business. Every corner was lightened, and each cabin had a perfect placement and size. Malvi Gajjar took care of almost all our requirements.Now, my office is a more creative space, so I feel more confident when we invite clients to our place. Our clients are also impressed with our interior. Our employees have enough space in the open studio layout as per their requirements. The senior team is also happy with the spacious cabins.Moreover, the good place increased the trust, so I felt our clients felt more confident about us when they visited us. Employees could be more focused, and they loved their given place.

They delivered on time and worked the extra mile for us. Their thought process was ultimate. Malvi's experience in interior design and architecture was ultimate. Because of her experience, she managed her different teams so well. They suggested which material we should choose, why, and when.We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Malvi's calm nature was impressive. She was highly experienced in interior design and architecture projects. Her team was also good and supportive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't think so. They did their best. Even today, after six years, their choice of material rocks. My office still feels new and vibrant. Their team of carpenters, electricians, and POP also did a great job. We still don't need any maintenance.
