After listening to our needs, the Consultant was supposed to design the job description and design and align it to our existing structure. That was followed by advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and presentation of a short list of 6. After we did we did physical nterviews, MAL Consultants undertook a psychometric test on the top 2 candidates helping us identify the best fit.
