Iโm the owner of a company that makes customized cases for phones, tablets, and laptops.

What challenge were you trying to address with MakeING?
Our website wasnโt converting very well. We didnโt have much organic traffic and we hadnโt refreshed the site in several years.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I wanted to change the structure of our website with one high-level domain and several sub-domains for various countries. Before, there was a lot of duplication on our site, which really impacted SEO. MakeING helped us narrow down our content and provided advice for our organic and paid traffic. They completely rewrote our site with SEO in mind.

My main point of contact was Eugene (CEO).
How did you come to work with MakeING?
I spoke to a couple of different companies about what I wanted and MakeING came back with a proposal that I was happy with. They took the time to understand the business and showcased their technical knowledge. They understood what we wanted and how they could create the leads and convert. A lot of the other companies we talked to didnโt grasp what we wanted. We also looked at their prior work, and their designs looked very nice.

We started working together in October 2019 and wrapped up in March 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?ย
Organic traffic increased significantly and our conversion rate for paid ads is up by about 110%. As a result, our lower cost per conversion is much lower. This project continues to help us ring in new customers and grow. Our site looks trustworthy and credible.

They responded quickly and were very efficient. They always delivered on schedule and met all of our requirements. When there were any issues, they dealt with them quickly and professionally.

I found them on Upwork and initially hired them to build a landing page. A few years later, I contacted them about other projects and hired them. The main quality that I sought was timeliness. I had to save my time and reputation with my customer and knew MakeING worked quickly.

The project didnโt affect my relationship with my client considering we continue to work together. I have no complaints because my client hasnโt had anything negative to say. Eugene and his team worked quickly. Their communication, timeliness, and work were well done.

We worked through Upwork, which was how I tracked the project. Their communication was great, and I appreciated working with them.
I only had two weeks until the deadline. MakeING completed the project in one and a half weeks, so I had time to make revisions before I showed the product to my client.
