I'm a marketing director at Findall Classifieds (Pty) Ltd, a free online ads portal in South Africa.

We hired Magoven Creative Studio to develop a user friendly interface that'll make it easy for sellers to register and list Ads online. The platform also needed to be robust and grow as the need for Ad space grew. Additionally, we required ongoing SEO services to enable the website to rank high on Google search results.

We found the company online, had some communication with some of the past clients shown on their website. Their own website together with results we could see of their other clients provided evidence of professionalism.

We began with a design brief, which included them gathering as much information as possible if our desired look, audience, industry etc. We then received an initial design. With some back an forth, we ended up with the current site. Following the approval, they began implementing the on page/ off page SEO with our keywords(and some suggestions from them).

We've been working directly with one of the managing directors, who also is the designer & SEO specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website looks great, and we now rank in page 1 in South Africa for a number of competitive keywords in the Classifieds niche.

They use an online CRM system, this made it easy for us track progress, process paperwork and payments. Additionally, weekly email communication and at times phone calls are scheduled.

We were impressed by Magoven Creative Studio professional, timely, and affordable services.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would help if they were to increase their team, so that there maybe more consultants dedicated to specific clients.

Website development. Main goal was for the website to be morden, responsive and be able to run on its own such that clients don’t need to be in constant contact with me.

Website development for an online classifieds website for wedding services. It had to include all categories for services and the cities in South Africa, ability to load pictures and all details relating to the services. Has to cater for the people getting married as well.

I was the only one.

I tested the functionality of the website and it worked as I desired.

They are willing to go an extra mile and they really listen. Their prices are reasonable

I wished I had more regular updates with how the project was going along the way
