Infinity Staffing Solutions, LLC is a full service staffing agency located in Nederland, Texas providing staffing solutions in the industrial, clerical, and medical office fields in the Southeast Texas and South West Louisiana areas.

Infinity Staffing helped Magnum Staffing recruit and hire employees for an exisiting customer, but in a different geographoc location that Magnum Staffing does not have a physical presence in.  This has been an ongoing partnership between these two agencies for many years.  

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The success of this project was measured by assisting Magnum Staffing with retaining their local partnership with their exisiting client.  The client recently opened another facilily in our area so we were able to partner with Magnum Staffing to successfully recruit and provide staff to their existing Client. 
This client was pleased Magnum Staffing was able to partner with a staffing partner that shared their core values and recruit top talent.  

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Magnum Staffing communicated all of their client's needs clearly and in detail. Their team maintained excellent communication with Infinity Staffing Solutions and was available to provide support and inform us of any updates and/or additional information. 
They demonstrated remarkable responsiveness, maintained consistent communication, and provided excellent support. We have enjoyed working with Magnum Staffing and appreciate their professionalism and the trust they placed in us to assist with this project.

Although Magnum Staffing is in the same industry as Infinity Staffing Solutions, they trusted us to assist their client. The partnership built between Magnum Staffing and Infinity Staffing Solutions is not common, but together, we were able to assist each other successfully in the staffing industry.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something Magnum Staffing Services could have done differently?

No.  Magnum Staffing is a top-ranking, leading staffing agency, and Infinity Staffing Solutions refers others, both clients and applicants, too often.  We are appreciative of their partnership!
