What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Magnitude of Change has a smooth proposal process. The team has worked in a tighter timeline to draft proposals and accommodate our needs for reach and frequency estimates. Magnitude of Change has a clear, organized deck and understanding of the goals. We're tracking reach as the main KPI, along with impressions. Engagement rates and video completion rates are secondary KPIs since we don't have a set-in-stone conversion rate.

How did Magnitude of Change perform from a project management standpoint?

Magnitude of Change delivers on time. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Magnitude of Change's response time is great. The team is super accommodating to new processes, such as our in-house content planners, naming conventions, and more. The team is friendly and transparent. Magnitude of Change's reporting dashboard is super user-friendly and easy to navigate. The team is helpful and clearly communicates internally to give us a smooth experience with one main contact who knows the campaign fully.

We are currently working with Magnitude of Change on our roadway safety campaign in Illinois. We are targeting Males ages 18-34 to change their behavior on the road and reduce fatalities related to impaired driving, distracted driving, speeding, etc. They are involved in the entire scope of our campaign, starting with providing us with detailed and relevant research ahead of our campaign planning, all the way until providing insightful reporting. We are currently running social mirroring, streaming audio, in-game video display, and connected TV with them for this initiative.

We have continued to be impressed with the outcomes that Magnitude of Change has provided with their media tactics. They continue to beat benchmarks and provide the data and insights to back up their performance. They continue to provide recommendations both throughout a campaign as well as post-campaign to implement in the future.
