WHAT IS MAGNET EXECUTIVE SEARCH? In short, the old AvantGarde Search has spun off the Stavanger division into its own company. The new name is now Magnet Executive Search and we will work a lot with start-up/scaling companies in the region where we want to contribute a little extra beyond delivering normal recruitment services.

WHY THE MAGNET?

As recruiters, the most important thing we do is to attract people with the right profile and background to the projects we run - like a magnet. Our methodology is largely based on attracting expertise through visibility, pointed approaches and rapid processing of the process.

We at Magnet share a burning and vibrant commitment to local businesses and we cheer for everyone who dares to follow the entrepreneurial dream. In addition, we want to contribute to showcasing the diversity of business life in the region. We have a good platform that provides good opportunities to put our wide range of opportunities on the map so that more people are made aware of how attractive our labor market is.

WE WALK THE TALK...

What will otherwise be extraordinary about our new concept is something we have chosen to call "Magnet Fund". Through the fund, we will support early-stage companies that usually do not have the means to pay in full for our services by sponsoring part of our fee. In the autumn, we will create an application process for those who wish to participate.

As managers of the fund, we want to actively contribute with a very specific and targeted measure so that more people can have the opportunity to attract important and correct skills in a vulnerable phase.

We are three founders behind Magnet - all women with local roots, long experience and great ambitions on behalf of ourselves and our customers.

We also have all related partners who share our thoughts about the future and what is needed to increase competence and knowledge about all the exciting things that are happening.
