Magicsoft has been developing parts of the REACT based UI and the objective has been to modernize the software for

How did you select this vendor?

Worked with Magicsoft in the past on another project called Lentiq (distributed analytics solution).

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The project is still ongoing. We had to rebuild the entire UI from scratch. Server inventory, datacenter management, workflows, etc. Magicsoft was responsible for certain portions of the UI especially the workflow editing piece which is very complex and involves designing workflows as graphs of tasks.

What was the team composition?

Two REACT developers rom Magicsoft are involved in this project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The new UI looks a lot better than the previous one and was developed over a relatively short period of time of only 8 months. We had been using this for the past few months in demos for our potential customers and we have two major potential partnerships that we could potentially sign as a direct consequence of the work that Magicsoft and the rest of our team has done with the UI.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Magicsoft's engineers are considered part of our team. They have the same access to resources and people as any other member of our team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Both engineers are very skilled and hard workers.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is very little they could improve. Better english skills could be beneficial but this wasn't an impediment for us to have a good working relationship until now.
