Madhav Plasto Mould is a precision mould and tooling manufacturer at Bakrol GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, run as a sole proprietorship by Nayan Dalsaniya. We design and build plastic injection moulds (including hot runner, multi-cavity and auto unscrewing), PET and extrusion blow moulds, compression, transfer and DMC moulds, APG and epoxy casting moulds for the electrical industry, and aluminium die casting tools. Our services cover precision mould design, CAD/CAM (3D modelling, 2D detailing, DFM analysis and NC programming), CNC and VMC machining, mould trial and testing on our own injection moulding machines, engineering job work such as EDM and grinding, and technical support after delivery. Critical dimensions are held to ±0.01 mm where the drawing and process allow. We have delivered 500+ moulds across 20+ industries, including pharmaceutical, electrical, automotive, engineering plastics, houseware and industrial.
