Madafu Designs handled the full design and development of our members' app for the club. The engagement covered discovery, UI/UX design, development, and launch. Key deliverables included: A court booking system where members can view availability and reserve slots Membership management and member profiles within the app Event listings and sign-ups UI/UX design aligned to our brand look and feel End-to-end development and deployment of the app for launch

The app launched on schedule and is now the primary way members book courts Members can self-serve court reservations, which reduced the manual booking handled by staff Madafu hit all agreed milestones on time

Madafu managed the project well and delivered on schedule. They communicated clearly throughout, kept us updated on progress, and were responsive whenever we had feedback or requests. Items were delivered on time and they addressed any issues quickly without needing a lot of follow-up. Overall it was a smooth, well-organized engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was how well they translated our brand into the product. A lot of dev shops build something functional but generic — Madafu Designs understood that we're a premium hospitality brand and made sure the app felt that way, not just worked. That design sensibility combined with reliable delivery is what set them apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Madafu Designs could have done differently?

Nothing major. If anything, we could have been given a bit more upfront guidance on the ongoing maintenance and update process post-launch, but it wasn't a real issue during the project. Overall we were very happy with the work.

Madafu Designs has worked with us across a wide scope since 2016, spanning branding, marketing, and technology. On the branding and marketing side, key deliverables included a complete brand manual, our school prospectus, marketing creatives, event-related visuals, and all brand stationery. This support extended beyond DPS Panvel to our affiliated brands, YesChef and Credo World School, with consistent branding and campaign support across both. Beyond branding, Madafu Designs also designed the UX/UI for our school app and supported us in the software development process — making them a genuine long-term technology and design partner rather than a one-off vendor. Rizwan has been our primary point of contact throughout, which has given us continuity and a strong understanding of our requirements across every project over the years.

Madafu Designs has consistently managed our projects well, delivering on agreed timelines across the various initiatives we've worked on together. Communication has always been clear and responsive — Rizwan, our primary point of contact, has been easy to reach and quick to understand our requirements, which made coordination across multiple brands (DPS Panvel, YesChef, and Credo World School) far smoother than it would otherwise have been. Whenever we've needed revisions or had last-minute requests, particularly around events, the team has been accommodating and responsive rather than treating it as a rigid, one-way process. That responsiveness, combined with the continuity of working with the same point of contact since 2016, is a big part of why the relationship has lasted this long.

What stands out most about Madafu Designs is the continuity and depth of the relationship — we've worked with them since 2016 across branding, marketing, events, and even UX/UI design and software development for our school app. That range is unusual for a design consultancy; most vendors specialize narrowly, but Madafu Designs has been able to support us across very different kinds of work while maintaining the same point of contact throughout, Rizwan. That continuity has meant they genuinely understand our institution — not just our visual identity, but how we operate, what our different brands (DPS Panvel, YesChef, Credo World School) each need, and how to translate that into consistent, professional output every time. That's the kind of understanding that's hard to get from a vendor you rotate through project to project, and it's what has kept us coming back to them for nearly a decade.

At this point, we honestly can't point to anything significant. The relationship has evolved naturally over the years, and communication has remained consistent throughout. If anything, as our needs have grown more complex — moving from branding into UX/UI and software support — we'd just say we're looking forward to continuing to grow that scope together.
