Started by our Founder, Italo (Ody) Mackin, and serving our clients continuously since 1960, Mackin Engineering Company remains a leader in the civil engineering field.  Although our roots lie in providing engineering services, we have grown to offer a wide range of professional consulting services for both public and private sector clients from across Pennsylvania and beyond, into the surrounding Tri-State area. Dean Mackin, CEO and Thomas Riester, PE, President oversee our multi-disciplinary staff, which includes dedicated professionals in the fields of civil engineering, traffic engineering, landscape architecture, planning, surveying and more.
