Mac & Cheese filmed onsite at our theatre for an entire day! A dress rehearsal was filmed during the day to perfect close up shots and capture audience reactions, and then the actual show was filmed. They provided all RAW footage on a hard drive and delivered three fully edited videos: one minute hero video, and two 30-second square videos.

New ads consistently garner over 200% return on ad spend!!

Items were delivered on the expected timeline. Extremely thorough communication throughout the process. Mac N Cheese gave us plenty of meetings to discuss the project and were extremely helpful and creative as we discussed what type of results we wanted from the project. They made the process extremely stress-free and handled everything professionally.

Produce a communication piece, video that would position our newest product at the pinnacle of manual wheelchairs. The deliverable was to be 1-2 min video the stirred feelings of the viewer that this product was the newest, most different and highest tech carbon wheelchair on the market today.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When the launch video debuted, there were many comments that this video was indeed different and made potential customers excited about possibly using one of these some day. It was also a brand play that help demonstrate our expertise with any materials.

Yes, they delivered on time, quickly understood our needs, and promptly took the action we needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were easy to communicate with and understood my vision for the project. It is obvious they keep their fingers on the pulse of new tech and communication tactics. They also understand story telling which was critical for this project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mac N' Cheese Media could have done differently?

They always conduct themselves in a very professional manner with our models and on location. The one thing I would say is, I would work on bolstering your appearance as a group. I would love to see all on the crew wear the same t shirt, look and feel like a crew all days of the shoot, nothing fancy. I think that would highlight your crew and heighten your brand awareness.

Create a super polished 5 episode comedy series about our company. Something off-the-wall for our top fans. We were in search of a partner that could handle this project from concept to completion. Deliverables included: - Storyboarding - Scripting - Pre-production - Casting - Shooting - Directing - Post production - Editing

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The finished project was so far beyond my expectations. Mac N' Cheese created something truly hilarious that our top fans loved and that engaged our employees across the country. The characters and jokes from the series are often referenced by customers at our locations. GIFs and quotes from the series are used every day on our company Slack account.

Mac N' Cheese handled everything. I mean everything. They welcomed our ideas and feedback but we weren't necessary to move things along. I was so impressed with how they managed the project timeline and how they ran the shoot.

Mac N' Cheese poured themselves into our project. It felt like their team was having the time of their lives working on it. And this passion showed in the final product. Comedy is so hard to do well. I've hired several production companies in an attempt to create something funny and this is the first time the end product was so much funnier than what originally pictured in my head.

Mac N' Cheese blew me away with their passion, ideas, and execution. I will continue to hire Mac N' Cheese, especially for projects that need creativity and comedy.
