I’m the founder and strategist of an marketing agency. We offer performance marketing, SEO, and AI services with a data-based methodology. We also offer digital marketing courses focused on agencies.

What was the scope of their involvement?

M22 has been one of our main partners in multiple projects. They cover the whole funnel in both development and creative areas, having a full-funnel data vision that moves the needle. The team has delivered logos, complex websites and apps, a comprehensive brand strategy book, and a top-tier client-oriented service. M22 has built a complete brand strategy overhaul, which we’ve then turned into actionable campaigns.

We started working with them in September 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in conversions, brand recall, and a lower CPA. We’ve seen a 56% CPA reduction and a 300% increase in branded keyword searches YoY.

How did M22 perform from a project management standpoint?

Like any other company, they can have delays (mostly due to lack of information on our side), but they warn us on time so we can make adjustments. Overall, they deliver on average time, but with great quality.We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their creative power is impressive. M22 has an astonishing capacity to abstract the right information and turn it into something creative like a great website, or the right copy that turn heads.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their price is a little high, but we get what we pay for and we're happy about it.
