Our Story

M2 Forge started with an observation from nine years inside engineering recruitment: companies don't struggle to find developers - they struggle to find senior people who integrate and take ownership. So we run a small bench of senior Python/data engineers who embed in your team as your own people. We handle vetting, contracts, payroll, and replacement. You interview them like any candidate, and the first two weeks are a paid trial you can stop any day. One rate card, no hidden margins.

What Sets Us Apart

Recruitment-grade vetting

We come from engineering recruitment, not bodyshopping. Every engineer passes a live technical screen, an English check, and reference checks before you see a CV - then you interview them like your own candidates.

Reversible by design

The first two weeks are a paid trial on your real backlog. Stop any day, keep the code. After that, a replacement guarantee - if an engineer isn't a fit, we swap them at our cost.

One transparent rate

One rate all-in: recruitment, replacement, HR, hardware, delivery oversight. No hidden margins. If you're shopping for $25/hr, we're honestly not your vendor.

Commonly Asked Questions

Our engineers work inside your team - your repo, your standups, your tracker, your management. We stay in the background handling the employment layer: contracts, payroll, hardware, retention, replacement. You get a direct line to the founder, not an account manager.

Long-term team extension - 6-12+ months - for product companies needing senior Python/data backend capacity. Best fit: 5-150 person companies in the US, UK, EU, and Israel with product-market fit that can't hire locally fast enough. We're not a fit for short gigs or lowest-rate shopping.

Deliberately few. We're a young firm - one completed engagement, reference available - and we keep it that way on purpose: every early client gets founder-level attention and a rate locked for 12 months. Current capacity: two to three client teams.

CV screen, live technical interview, English check, reference checks - we present a small fraction of who we screen. Then you run your own interview process, your bar. If an engineer isn't a fit during the trial or after, we replace them at our cost.
