LV Browne has been responsible for my tax preparation for my business and personal needs.  They also create my ongoing monthly financial reports so that I know the health of my business.  We also have the opportunity to discuss any fianancial or tax topics at monthly sit-downs, as I need.  This helps me to be more financially intelligent and better run my business.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Being able to trust LV Browne and the accounting team has allowed me to free up time to work on other things in my business and has allowed my business to continue to grow rapidly.   Our gross receipts have nearly doubled in the short time I've been working with them.

They are great at sending reminders for me to get the information they need to prepare my reports and they always provide them in a timely manner.  They also work with me during tax time to ensure all deadlines are met and that any questions I have are answered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have direct access to Lakeesha, as needed.  Although she has a team helping her out with the work, I know that she has her hands in everything that goes on within the company.  I know I can trust the end product, and anyone in L.V. Browne, CPA will take the time to educate me and answer questions so that I am comfortable signing important documents and making business decisions. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something L.V. Browne, CPA could have done differently?

I have been happy with all aspects of my work relationship with LV Browne.

I needed someone for my business who could help me take care of taxes and bookkeeping. Lakeesha and her team have taken this and more off my shoulders and made my job so much easier. I initially hired her when my previous accountant mistakenly had me overpay thousands of dollars in Sales Taxes and I needed someone who knew what they were doing and could help me resolve the matter. We have been working together ever since.
