I'm a CEO at Kwark - platform for pet owners.

For what projects/services did your company hire LUX Design?

I hire them to design my pltform and mobile app from scratch

What were your goals for this project?

To test the concept of my app, make the minimal functionality but the interface looks beautiful and appealing.

Came by the reference from me ex-collegue

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The project is a 70 design screens (with all states) - both Ui and UX designes. Deliverables - Sketch files and Zepplin to transfer results to developers.

What was the team composition?

2 designers and 1 project manager

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I enjoyed working with them. Guys were a big benefit to my team since they made suggestions on workflows etc and helped us improving them. they care a lot about keeping a customer satisfied and they have the ability to keep an overview about the whole project. I will definitely work with them again.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was great, communication was clear. The PM called me almost every day to present the results and ask for feedback

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It's definitely communication - friendly, easy, fast response, guys are so nice and pay attention to everything I was saying.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It appeared some little misunderstandings a few times, but nothing critical, they were able to fix everything right away.
