As the project approaches launch, measurable indicators of progress include completion of all development milestones, successful QA testing with 95%+ test case pass rate and full readiness for deployment on app stores—positioning the app for strong initial adoption and performance tracking post-launch.

The project management was highly effective and well-organized. The team consistently met development milestones and delivered key components on or ahead of schedule. Communication was clear and timely throughout the project, and they were highly responsive to feedback, quickly incorporating changes and addressing concerns. Their proactive approach and adaptability ensured the project stayed aligned with our goals, making the collaboration smooth and productive.

What stood out most about this company was their deep understanding of both technology and user experience. They didn’t just build what was asked—they offered valuable insights and innovative ideas that significantly improved the final product. Their combination of technical expertise, design thinking, and genuine commitment to our vision made them feel more like a strategic partner than just a service provider.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LunarBuild could have done differently?

Overall, LunarBuild delivered excellent work and was highly responsive throughout the project. One area for improvement would be incorporating more live calls for real-time updates, which could enhance clarity and speed up decision-making. That said, their professionalism, prompt communication via email and project tools, and commitment to deadlines still made for a smooth and successful collaboration.

Needed custom code to complete app development. The app is a story childrens app that allows kids to make choices during the story to drive the characters storyline. Due to the complexity of the app needs, custom code was required to make the app work as desired. Out of the box audio players did not allow audio to play upon page load, play the book and proceed to the next page based on narration ending or allow narration to begin where the user left off when last listening.

1. Luna built an audio player that started and upon page load and specifically ends at the chapter where the user is required to interact with story.
2. Luna implemented Auto Play code that progressed the user through the story based on audio narration. 
3. Luna delivered code that allows users to pick up in the story where they left off, specifically when the story is launched from the users library
4. Luna delivered code that fixed text wrapping issues and Favorites not correctly being added/removed for the users library.
5. Luna reviewed existing code and setup to ensure overall functionality and thoroughly tested the app before release to Google Play.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All deliverables executed as fully functional and thoroughly tested on both android and IOS.

Luna was thorough with the requirements, ensuring they understood exactly what was needed and clearly defined the deliverables for each of the requirements. They provided results faster than expected and within the budget agreed upon. Luna provided updates on dates/times of delivery and stuck to them, keeping us posted of progress through Discord.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There was no mistakes on the deliverables required, great testing and willingness to review the app and understand the needs behind the requirements. Expertise and suggested improvements were helpful, and we felt we were in good hands throughout the process. They were also way faster than expected which was a great suprise. Throughout the process the communication was effective and efficient, we were never left wondering what was happening. Also, a thorough review of the features and how they functioned behind the scenes enables us to maintain the code moving forward.

No, I have no suggestions. They were great.

They provided two apps one side for the consumer one for the service provider. They made sure to have key features to be able to allow the service provider to have profiles and packages listed even social media, including reviews and allowing the customer to be able to see the profiles depending on best rated and distance

When the booking system corresponded to the proper needs of the detailer and when the customer was able to sort them through distance

the timeline that was originally given was 4 to 6 weeks, but it took double the time. at one point to streamline the process they did put me in a Slack chat with a developer that was handling my project which helped to speed up the progress

What I found most impressive was their ability to deliver specific features in the exact way I wanted them to work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LunarBuild could have done differently?

when I started with them they were a five man team so the beginning communications and response times weren't where I expected to be, but once the slack chat was integrated The response times were significantly better. Also giving a better sense of expectations with timelines
