Sheila de Asis has been in the production industry for more than 20 years. She started out as a producer for GMA Network's morning show, "Unang Hirit." She honed her writing and production skills further in Solar Entertainment which became her artistic playground for almost 10 years. From being a promo producer she went on to become one of the network’s creative directors for ETC and 2nd Avenue.
In 2015, she founded LUMINUS PRODUCTIONS, an independent production company that produces content for TV and web. Her initial ventures with the company proved successful as executive producer and director of Mommy Hacks (2015) aired in CNN Philippines and Mommy Manual with Chesca Kramer and Rica Peralejo (2016) shown in GMA News TV.
