What challenge were you trying to address with Lumino?

We needed help rebuilding a Wikipedia page, which was very challenging because every change must be approved by Wikipedia editors. Thus, it was very easy to mess up the process and not get approval.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lumino helped us rebuild our Wikipedia page. They were in charge of the whole project, from doing the research needed to writing the entire content.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three people from Lumino: a project manager, a researcher, and the founder.

How did you come to work with Lumino?

Lumino was referred to me by a friend.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $7,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–April 2022; it was a six-week process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The page that Lumino rebuilt for us now ranks number one on Google search results. Still, their main achievement was that they were able to make all the changes we wanted and get them approved.

As general feedback, I absolutely loved working with Lumino; they’re the best external consultants I’ve ever worked with. They had an amazing process in place in which they took care of everything and got the results we wanted. Overall, it was a seamless and effective experience.

How did Lumino perform from a project management standpoint?

Lumino’s time management was extraordinary. Usually, it can take up to six months to get Wikipedia to approve pages, but Lumino made it happen really fast. We communicated via email and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Lumino was fast and easy to work with, and they delivered the results we needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything was great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don’t have any particular advice; you just tell them what you want, and they take care of everything. I’m confident that everyone can get the results they want when working with them.
