ClaimTransition Management with IMPACT
When it was created in 2014 by Aurélie Giraud and Chantal Chemla, the LUM Community already set itself the objective of practicing a more socially responsible and transparent Transition Management towards all its stakeholders.
In July 2020, convinced that a more committed and transformative approach is necessary in the face of the challenges facing economic players, we decided to carry out a deeper transformation.
First of all, by submitting to a strict certification process on all the pillars of ISO26000 , which led us to join the international BCorp community. We have also been named in the Top20 2021 "Best of the World" in France.
