I'm the founder of Tulgar, a textile production company with a major focus on work clothes, undergarments, and men's underwear.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ludens Works?

We needed help building our CRM network and creating automatic emailing campaigns to increase sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ludens Works has started with a CRM audit to find our weaknesses and how we can utilize our CRM system better. After that, they've created user segments and put them to use with multiple customer journeys. All the journeys are automated based on customer actions. The team has also given recommendations on how to capture more emails. The main deliverables include dynamic segments, automatic user journeys, email design & content, and dashboards to track performance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Ludens Works has designed and implemented four user journeys. In addition to increased sales in general, our repeat purchase has increased by approximately 15–20%, including cross-selling with different collections. Also, we started seeing regular customers returning to purchase again. Overall monthly revenue has grown by around 10–15%. We also see a stronger cross-sell performance between collections and have started building a base of returning customers, with several customers making multiple purchases during the period following implementation.

How did Ludens Works perform from a project management standpoint?

Their time estimations have been on point, and they haven't missed any deadlines. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
