1972 - Gabriel partnered with Paramount Scrap Iron & Metal Company.
1978 - Gabriel founded Gabriel Metals and Alloys Company in Long Beach, California.
1984 - Gabriel purchased Lu Mar Industrial Metals Co., Ltd in Compton California and was later joined by his brother Guillermo to help support the development of the company. Together, over the past 30 years their partnership and brotherhood have grown Lu Mar Industrial Metals Co., Ltd into one of the premier scrap metal dealerships in California.
2014 - Lu Mar Industrial Metals Co., Ltd purchased BC Metal Recycling to expand it's services to industrial accounts throughout southern California adding an additional scrap yard located in Santa Ana, Orange County, California.
