LSCP performed a rapid white-box penetration test of our AI-driven customer service integration, which handles sensitive client data wrapped in application-layer post-quantum cryptography. The goal was to prevent PII leakage (especially client contact data) and block any unauthorized access or privilege escalation between employee roles.

Their methodology drew on The Art of Software Security Assessment, LSCP's own proprietary techniques, and OWASP checklists. Findings were scored by CVSSv3.1 and weighted by LSCP's custom Rimpact® metric for real business impact.

We received a prioritized catalog of vulnerabilities with severity scores and clear remediation guidance — exactly what we needed to triage fixes by what mattered most to our operations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The engagement was measured primarily by the CVSSv3.1 scores of the issues LSCP discovered, supplemented by their Rimpact® metric, which ranked each finding by actual business impact. This gave us an objective, standardized view of our security posture rather than a subjective pass/fail.

The practical outcome was a clear, prioritized remediation roadmap: we could address the highest-severity and highest-business-impact issues first, and confirm that our two core objectives — preventing PII leakage and blocking unauthorized access or privilege escalation — held up under expert white-box testing.
