LQDesign Studio

LQDesign Studio is a design practice offering architectural and interior design services for both residential and commercial clients. Whether you need plans for a new home addition, a design for your new office space, or advice for updating your decor LQDesign Studio can assist you. The focus of the practice is guiding clients through the design and construction process, whatever the size or function of the project.

For Linda Quinlan D'Orazio, RA, LEED AP, the licensed architect who owns and operates LQDesign Studio, design began early in childhood, when drawing houses was storytelling and rearranging furniture was a weekly event. A degree in architecture from Philadelphia University provided the tools for a successful twelve-year career as an associate in a Philadelphia-based corporate design firm. During that time Linda designed 100,000 square foot buildings, managed million dollar budgets, and oversaw all phases of projects, from conception to occupancy, for higher education clients influencing the way students lived and learned on college campuses.

Today, the mission of LQDesign Studio is to continue to contribute to the way people live, learn, work, and entertain by designing spaces both big and small for those seeking to improve their living and working environment.
