LOYAL Law Firm was founded in 2019 by attorney and Managing Partner Ravshan Sobirjonovich Mardiev. Since its establishment, the firm has focused on providing high-quality legal services in the areas of corporate and commercial law, business support, intellectual property protection, and representation of clients before economic courts.
Over the years, LOYAL has significantly expanded the scope of its legal services. Tax law has become one of the firm’s key practice areas, including legal support during tax audits, challenging decisions of tax authorities, and representation in tax disputes.
