Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the owner and founder of Moshoboga, an interactive movie review and rating platform. We innovate new ways to get you movie recommendations, and we have a lot of high utility features for discovering and storing your memories about movies.

What challenge were you trying to address with lowegrahamjones?

I needed consultation on intellectual property, trademark, and user agreement forms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Apart from their consultation services, lowegrahamjones also assists me in drafting my contracts to work with developers, and review my contracts to make sure I’m protected with my intellectual property.

What is the team composition?

I work with three different attorneys who help me with domestic trademark, international trademark, and intellectual property consultation.

I found a lawyer online who gave me cost estimates that seemed excessively high. I then cold-called the first lawyer who I worked with for my trademarking, and he basically steered me clear. I did my trademark with him for a third of the price the other lawyer was offering me.

We started working together in October 2020, and they’re still my lawyers that I go to for intellectual property consultation.
