Lowe Engineers, LLC, was incorporated in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1957. The firm’s professionals have provided comprehensive civil engineering, surveying, mapping and planning services for a variety of clients including federal agencies, local governments, industrial and private sector clients throughout the United States and abroad. Lowe Engineers was formed to provide superior service to our clients and assist them in their accomplishment of projects such as land development, highway construction and infrastructure systems.

Our services include civil engineering, highway and roadway design, utility systems analysis, hydrology/hydraulics, water and wastewater systems design, master planning, aerial mapping, photogrammetry and hydrographic surveying. We support all aspects of the design, development and construction process, from conceptual planning and field surveys to design and specifications for construction; cost estimating and bid coordination services; project management and construction supervision.
