My Superhero Lab is a print-on-demand company that turns family photos into artistic superhero canvases. I am the creative director for the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Loud Lion?

We hired Loud Lion to handle our content creation and social media posting on 5 social media channels, starting with Tiktok

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Loud Lion after initially meeting the sales team and being blown away by the attention and strategy they were offering. The sheer quantity of quality content for a much lower cost than with individual content creators was the deciding factor

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project went through various stages. First I met with the sales team to discuss my needs and they made me a package to suit me. I had very little tiktok following so I had their entry offer. After this stage I met with the UGC manager and gave them a list of my target audience criteria and they found content creators within those demographics.

Then we started working on storyboarding and they came up with great ideas for engaging content. Finally the results were posted on 5 social media channels and they handled all of that plus the analysis and perfecting of the formula going forward.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with the UGC manager so communication with all the social media content creators was handled smoothly and effectively. Saving me time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've gone from having very little website traffic and sales to generating a good community around our brand, which has helped with eventually transitioning to include paid ads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very efficient and took up very little of my time considering the results which were very healthy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about this business is that in their entry offer you get 75 posts to social media channels each month and with their basic package you get 150 posts per month. This works out 1 post per day per channel. For the price... that's unheard of.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing I'd improve is that I wish I knew about them sooner!
