I am the founder of the outreach agency Quilqy Inc.

For what projects/services did your company hire Loonomy?

We hired Loonomy to register our trademark in EU as well as US in order to protect our rights, should any issues occure.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

This was a referral decision.

Loonomy did a free custom search to ensure our trademark has not yet been taken. Then, once it was confirmed the trademark name is free - we have been consulted on the trademark registration process. Sequentially, the team filed all docs needed without our team's need to lift a finger.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of two people, a legal assistant and a customer success manager, who was the bridge between our teams.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Trademark was registered error-free and as quickly as possible. My part was to share docs needed - the rest was on Loonomy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team was responsive and careful about our scope of work. Love the fact that we did not have to do anything, apart from sharing docs to file.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Agility and responsivness.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

There is always one to improve, but I can't think of any, for now.
