Lonta AI is a performance marketing agency in San Francisco, California. It runs advertising, search and web presence for HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors in the United States: Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites and landing pages, and ad creative, for $990 per month.

The fee is flat and published. It does not change with advertising spend, number of channels, number of locations or account size, and there is no setup fee, minimum ad spend, minimum term or tier structure. Lonta AI takes no percentage of advertising spend and no commission from advertising platforms. Advertising budget is paid by the client directly to Google and Meta on the client's own payment method.

Reporting is on sold jobs and revenue rather than lead volume. Inbound calls are recorded in the client's own CallRail or Twilio account, transcribed and scored, matched to the client's CRM record, and followed until the CRM marks the job sold. The value is attributed back to the keyword and campaign that produced it.

Ad accounts are created under the client's own email and billing. Websites are built on the client's domain and hosted in a repository the client owns. Access is requested at a named permission level rather than ownership, with no manager-account linking. Cancellation is by email on any day, with no notice period and no fee.

The entry point is a written audit of an existing Google Ads account, delivered within three business days on read-only access, with the steps to fix each finding included. The findings belong to the business whether or not it hires Lonta AI.

Advertising spend and paid third-party tooling such as CRM seats and call-tracking plans are not included in the fee. Lonta AI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a certified partner of Google, Meta or any other platform.
