Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project was a soccer-themed multiplayer motion experioence within the FIFA Fan Festival interactive playground. It needed to be a turn-key solution. Lok-Bros had to design the experience, fabricate, install, and operate it for the Fan Festival's 16 day operational period.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Continuous 16 day festival run 5000+ visitors to the fan fest/day 100% activation uptime 130 hours of active gameplay 6,385 "world" changes -- caused by players activating and hitting ball into portal

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project team was great. They created the activation under a tight deadline and exceeded our expectations, They adapted to all of the constraints of our project which are atypical of a normal festival - accreditation, uniforming, clean venue policy, specific windows for load-in and out. Most importantly, they were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process.

Their ability to leverage technology into a memorable experience was truly impressive. The thoughtfulnes behind their design was refreshing. Their staff brought a joyful vibe through all of the long hours of operation which elevates the experience for the fans and participants.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LokBros Studio could have done differently?

I have no suggestions for improvements. They were great.
