Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of a business that sources unique web domains to assist businesses with branding and SEO positioning.

For what projects/services did your company hire Logo.com, and what were your goals?

This is a startup business and we have an ongoing need for logo generation for each web domain that we add to our portfolio. This assists with resale and helping our clients visualise their new branding.

How did you select this vendor?

After seeing an interview with Richard Lau, the founder of logo.com, I reached out to see how their product could help meet my needs. At the same time I was presented with multiple alternate product offerings from competitors on my social media newsfeed because I had accessed the LOGO website. I looked at their offerings, but decided to stay with LOGO as the designs had more versatility and the price point suited my budget.

Richard and I discussed my businesses needs and established a plan that would provide the products I was looking for. I have since been working closely with their developers to further tailor the product selections to my needs.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have worked directly with 3 members of the LOGO team, two are owners, and one is the head of software development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Use of the LOGO product has quickly established individual branding for my initial set of domains, and also made display of these domains on two of my websites significantly more appealing.

The team from LOGO are very hands on, and welcome constructive feedback. I feel that they have a genuine interest in helping me success with my plans.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their willingness to find out more about my business, and suggest ways that they could help. They are also willing to further develop their product to suit the specific needs of my niche.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am very happy with the LOGO service, it is both personal and professional. Couldn't ask for more, and highly recommend them.
