What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Logo & Stationary Created Stationary Never Delivered Refund Never Processed since 07/09/23 for Social Media SEO Services never started nor services ever rendered. Website Not Yet Created nor Temp Website up and working Communication - all communication has stopped form entire company since 09/08/23

Sam Carter Project Manager, has stopped talking to me altogether, my stationary has not been sent to me, and my refund for services canceled before the project was started they promised me was promised 08/09/23, but I have not received the refund for $1291, and nobody from the project manager current, Sam Carter, to calling and leaving messages, to emailing, and texting Sam, and the finance department, for over two months I have been ignored and my ongoing engagements are not being me, and ignored.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing, this is the worst company I have worked with in my life and wasted months of my time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Logo Orb could have done differently?

Communicate and Follow Through, Refund me, send my products, and finish my website I paid for. I requested a refund of services within 24 hours, realizing I did not want the package on July 9th. 

The refund I was told it was processed on 08/09/2023 and would take 18-19 days; it's now been four months since initially requesting my refund for $1,291.00, where no services were started or rendered, and 2 months and one day since my refund was supposed to be processed, and I have contacted my project manager Sam Carter since September 8th and have been ignored since then with two outstanding engagements I did not request refunds for, and I have not received my stationary since it was finalized over two months now, my website went down, and needs to be completed and Logo Orb is ignoring me from the project manager Sam Carter to the finance departments, to info at logoorb.com, to calling the phone number and leaving messages, I have emailed, called, and text messaged. 

The chat person on the website contact me multiple times a week, and they say my messages will be relayed to someone, and nobody contacts me. this is the worst business I have dealt with in my life, and as of now, I am out $2300, I contacted the BBB, and Logoorb ignored them, and they have given me other avenues to pursue, which I am. I even dropped a fraud claim with my bank with the assurance my refund was processed on August 9th. 

This is fraud at this point, unacceptable, and I don't even know what to do about my current ongoing engagements since nobody from top to bottom will help me.
