They came as a referral, but we the main factors were their ability to perform, customer service and communication.

The first thing we started with was the website. Making sure it was covering the value equation for our prospective customers and flowed well. Next was SEO which is an on-going thing. Then we started doing PPC on Google and Linkedin.

We noticed an uptick in conversions after we made the changes. to the website. Customers were asking less questions and moving forward more quickly. As far as the SEO we are ranking higher in our space. The PPC is converting well. We have never done it before so we don't have a baseline. It is ROI positive so far.

Everything was very thorough and detailed. I knew exactly what they were doing the entire time. Everything was actually done ahead of schedule and all of the deadlines were met. We mostly spoke over email and phone calls.

I think the thing that stood out the most was that these guys actually follow up in their word. Everything has been done to perfection, and they still teach us along the way. Lot's of SEO/marketing companies out their but we are happy we went with them.

We would have liked there to be cold email outreach as a service but they don't offer it as of yet. We had to hire someone else for that.

I hired Logic to assist in my google ads. It was a progression of work that ultimately taught me a lot about how google ads work and the best strategies for using them.

I put out an ad on Bark.com and received an enormous amount of interest. I had so many emails and calls almost immediately. One of which was Logic. I honesty appreciated how honest and transparent they were right from the beginning and didn't immediately start talking about their costs. I had a few meetings with them "free consultations" actually, to see if we were a good fit. I've never had any other companies in this field offer this. Genuinely nice guys.

Our project consisted of different strategies to optimize my CPC for my google ads. I was coached on the best way to create ad groups, campaigns, landing pages, etc. We met over zoom on a biweekly basis to go over the data to see if we needed to improve on different areas. I was always kept abreast of all the data and how to approach the changes.

Our goals were to gain more customers by way of google ads. The data showed that I was able to reach a lot more customers by my ads and how they were displayed. I learned so much working on this project with them. Highly recommend!

I felt that the arrangement in which we worked together was very organized and thorough. We had standing biweekly zooms, followed by either notes about the call or a recording to go back and review. I was able to email or text anytime I had a question. The response time was almost immediate every time.

I enjoyed the flexibility and how accommodating they were about my schedule. I was impressed that after each zoom session, I was also given notes about the conversation that I could go back to review.

I have recently noticed an increase in calls in the past week since starting, averaging about a call a day.

They are responsive by email. The owner, particularly, has made himself available by calls, text, and emails. They responded to my inquiries within reasonable timeframes. Any hiccups that came up, they problem-solved and worked out the best solutions to help support me and my business.

Their responsiveness and transparency. They were very reasonable with their cost, and not afraid to admit to what they did and didn't know. They also educated me on SEO and how to be more familiar with tracking insights. They did not have to o this, so I really appreciated this education.

They are a fast and growing business, so sometimes communicating information was challenged, however they were open to feedback and always strived to rectify any challenges that came up.

We were starting from scratch and we hired Logic Inbound for SEO, website and Google Ads. Our goal was to focus on building a site that will get a lot of organic search and so we wanted to find a company that has a lot of expertise.

I must've talked to 10+ agencies, some specialize in medical and others are generalists. From these conversations, Logic Inbound was the standout. They knew their stuff and were able to communicate clearly. A lot of companies will put you through layers and layers of account managers who know very little, and any specific questions about SEO or PPC have to be "passed on to team X." For us, it was important to work directly with people know have expertise. In addition, they work with a lot of transparency and clearly knows the medical domain.

They helped us make our website and made sure that the website is optimized for SEO. They are also helping us with ongoing SEO work (content creation, link building). They also set up our Google ad campaigns and are responsible for testing and optimizing dollars spent. Finally, it is very important for us to be able to track everything and they have worked meticulously to teach us what tools are available to us for tracking and integrate those tools. And so we are able to track conversion.

We've worked with 4 people. Two of the founders, one web developer, and one account manager. My point of contact is one of the founders, who always respond quickly and thoughtfully to my questions.

We were able to build a fully-customized website in a short period of time and items were delivered on time. Our SEO and PPC are ongoing, but even in this stage, the metrics are promising. For instance, the speed of our website is already really fast and we got calls on day 1 of running ads. One very important thing I want to highlight is the "non-tangible" deliverables. Logic Inbound has spent a lot of time training us on SEO and so we have gained a great deal of SEO knowledge in the process. As a result, we are able to do some of the SEO work in-house, saving us quite a bit of money.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly meetings and a shared document to keep track of workflow. Logic is responsive on email and has always made time for us if we wanted to have an impromptu meeting about whatever topic that's popped up.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a tremendous amount of SEO knowledge and are very results-driven. This is not common: most companies shy away from telling you how they ought to be measured (perhaps due to poor deliverables), but Logic Inbound embraces ROI and wants their clients to succeed.

They are a great marketing partner. I've recommended them to multiple friends a this point and they've also been impressed with Logic Inbound's knowledge and transparency.

I saw a 3 times return on my money with the Google Ads. It's hard to say how better my website became in terms of getting more customers but I definitely got more phone calls and traffic so I guess it worked,

Based on an rfp process. Logic Inbound gave us the most thorough demonstration that they could help us and understood our goals and the business. They did they're homework. We were impressed by their in-house talent and team members that would be working directly on our account. They have impressive experience and expertise.

We started with a Technical SEO audit. They delivered a very detailed breakdown of the technical pieces of CB web presence that could be improved and offered a prioritized list of recommendations to fix them. They also provided an overall keyword research analysis and content strategy outline. We began following their recommendations as a team and they also began implementing a few of the recommendations as well. we would have weekly calls to check on various initiatives, talk about status, next steps. etc. For the analytics audit they reviewed our cross domain tracking between our main domains and product domains to ensure that we had the best traffic source attribution inside our hubspot analytics system that we could. they gave very strong recommendations to try in order to fix the issues that they found during the audit.

4-5 directly pretty consistently. this was anything from account management, to consulting, to technical dev work, to research etc.

We've improved our non-branded SEO footprint as a result of the work with them. We've also increase our overall organic search traffic. Our site speed was dramatically improved based on their work as well. And our traffic source attribution is functioning much better as well.

very personal, attentive, and proactive. they have a thorough weekly call that addresses all ongoing projects in depth and allows us to ask any questions etc. They are fun to work with, very nice people, and an overall pleasure to work with.

Certainly. They are pricey but I am getting what I pay for. I've seen about a 3.25x return on my spending and am looking forward to continue to improve my ROAS. Besides that the site is working great and I am happy with the boost in organic traffic that I've been getting.

We first had a scope of work meeting to decide that needed to be done and discussed pricing + timeline. I went over the things I needed from them and they were very clear about what they would be doing and how they would be doing it. I'm not a micro-manager so I just let them hit the ground running. They have delivered on-time and are very easy to communicate with.

Aside from the results -- it's the customer service and communication. I could reach them at any time, even after hours. It's great dealing with them.
