At Hyperbots, we are on a mission to free up humans from mundane and repetitive tasks in finance. Tasks such as invoice processing, 3-way/2-way matching, accruals, capitalization, GL mapping and updates, early payment discount decisions, procurement process intelligence, employee expense management, receivables, collections, collaboration with employees, vendors, and customers, need to be significantly transformed through AI. This requires secure, accurate, and state-of-the-art finance-specific AI innovations in NLP, Vision, Language Models, Recommenders, Intelligent Document Processing, Data Visualizations, and Conversational Technology domains. At Hyperbots, we have rooted our research in the above domains to create significant ROI for AI adoption in finance. We have designed the AI Assistants from the ground up with help from dozens of CFOs of various industries. Our AI Assistants for finance are AI-native with inbuilt flexibility to configure them to suit your specific needs with no financing for a custom IT project. Initial trials have demonstrated an 80% reduction in the per-invoice cost of processing due to end-to-end and exhaustive automation. In addition, invoice and expense processing time is slashed from 5-15 days to a few minutes. Our AI Assistants are ready to deploy, easy to configure and come with inbuilt integrations with widely used ERP, CRM, and other applications.
