Our hotel goal was simple: 

• increase revenue from direct booking
• increase score on OTA
• get traffic from the US market

LittlHeaven content is now playing 24/7 in our guest rooms and reception areas. Since its introduction, customer satisfaction has increased, especially during the check-in wait time.

• These are the good results we got in almost 3 months: 
  • Direct booking on our brand website increased by 15% from the first month (60 more direct bookings monthly)
  • Hotel got covered in +400 website news in the US
  • Our website traffic increased massively from 10K visitors per month to 28K visitors per month
  • Score on Booking.com increased from 6.5 to 8 
  • Score on Tripadvisor increased from 3 to 4.1

I never reviewed a client on Clutch, but they deserved my time to submit this review. They've delivered more than expected, and the best thing I like is that there is one virtual meeting at the beginning, and then the whole process goes perfectly automated. I asked for that because I am busy all day in operation, and they were super great in their help. They only email to send us the monthly report of all their good efforts, and that's why I am renewing the contract with so much pleasure!

They had amazing bold convection: if we do not deliver results in 30 days, you get your money back. I was astonished by that bold claim, and I will not forget the best result I got in the first week: "Congrats! Your hotel now is on the top 50 us website news, and your website traffic is exploding." That's what I liked about it. Best results in only one week! Honestly, they are worth every penny.
