Their passion for the work they receive like sometimes they love my idea so they did it but when they feels the story is getting drag or not focusing on something important they intervent and change it with my permission ofcourse.

for now i am very much happy with their work now so i couldn't say what area they have to improve but yeah they can improve on doing service even faster like from 78hrs TAT to 48hrs.
