Lisa Hancock Photography

Lisa Hancock is an event, portrait, and fashion photographer based in New York City. She also shoots professional headshots for actors, musicians, and business clients. Her personal work explores issues of poverty and social identity and stems from her sensibility as a photojournalist and storyteller. She graduated with honors from Barnard College in NYC, with a BA in Cultural Anthropology, and earned an MA in Journalism from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, W magazine, Glamour, US Weekly, and GQ, as well as other major publications.
