The agency was responsible for the full-cycle organization and production of ReynaPartners Forum 2026, a business conference for Reynaers Aluminium partners.

Their scope covered event planning and coordination, venue and technical production, participant engagement, entertainment, branding, decoration, and on-site event management.

Key deliverables included: 

• venue sourcing and management, including preparation for overnight setup;
• development and moderation of the business conference program, including speaker and activity coordination;
• music and entertainment, including background and live music;
• organization of an interactive tasting session and an illustration/art zone for participants;
• full technical production, including stage, sound, lighting, screen, generator, setup and dismantling;
• event décor and branding, including a custom-designed photo zone, branded banners, table décor, decorative installations, and partitions;
• logistics, transportation, and coordination of event materials and equipment;
• on-site staffing, including event coordinators, hostesses, photographers, and setup/dismantling coordinators.

The agency managed the event production from preparation through on-site execution, ensuring that all program, technical, branding, and logistical elements were coordinated into one consistent event experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successfully gathered 45 C-level executives and key partners nationwide for the 3rd consecutive event. Achieved 100% schedule execution, high attendee engagement in business and interactive sessions, and received strong positive feedback regarding event flow, concept, and execution.

We were very happy with the project management. The team was responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Everything was delivered on time, and they were proactive in suggesting ideas and solutions that improved the overall event. 100% satisfaction level according to the results of an internal survey of each of the 60 participants; high team performance in all activities (quest, water sports, program); improved internal communications and team cohesion; successful implementation of a busy timing without delays.

The project management was at a high level. All materials and schedules were delivered strictly on time. The Lioncom team was very responsive, responded quickly to our requests, easily adapted to last minute changes, and kept all communication transparent and stress-free.

What impressed me the most was their ability to combine high creativity with perfect discipline. Honestly, there are no critical points for improvement. The project went smoothly from start to finish, and all our expectations were fully met. All minor adjustments in the process were resolved instantly and professionally.
