Linkup ST handled the full development, from the early planning stage through to launch. They built both the frontend and backend of the platform, created the custom game logic for real-time multiplayer games, and designed a beautiful, modern UI/UX that made the platform feel polished and easy to use.

The main deliverables included user registration and account management, matchmaking, multiplayer gameplay, payment and wallet functionality, an admin panel, and the tools needed to manage users and games. They also handled testing, deployment, and bug fixes during the development period. 

Since we're a custom gaming platform rather than a standard website, a large part of the work involved making sure the game rules, player actions, timers, animations, and match results all worked correctly and stayed synchronized between users.

The main outcome was a complete, production-ready version

Everything was mostly delivered on time, and whenever an issue came up, communication was excellent, and we never had any issues that were unresolved. The team was easy to reach, clear about what was happening, and quick to respond to our messages. 

Most importantly, they are people of their word. When they committed to something, they followed through, which made the whole project much easier to manage and gave us confidence throughout the development process. Very respectful people

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was the quality of the design work. The platform ended up looking much better than we originally imagined, and they clearly cared about getting the details right.

Communication was another strong point. It was always easy to reach them, discuss changes, and understand what was happening with the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Linkup ST could have done differently?

Like any company, there are always things that can be improved. Overall, Linkup ST did a great job, but I would suggest putting a bit more attention into the testing and bug-detection process.

Sometimes we found bugs that probably should have been caught earlier, considering the stage of development we were at. Around 95% of them were related to the UI and were fairly easy to fix, and the team always responded quickly and worked to resolve them. Still, improving the internal QA and bug-fixing process would make their work even stronger.

Linkup ST has delivered a software platform that our firm is already using. Our entire team has moved to the platform, which has around 50 internal users and more than 300 external users. We’ve seen a lot of increased productivity, time savings, and error reduction. The platform has saved us about 30% on the backend, and we anticipate it saving additional time shortly in the future. Our team is now able to spend more time on the high-level review.

In just a few weeks, we brought in over 10,000 visits with CPCs between $0.16 and $0.30 across key markets like Australia, Germany, Spain, and France. The campaigns helped us test different messages and get real feedback, which pushed us to rethink how we approach monetization.
Meanwhile, the team also focused on SEO. In a short time, we grew our Domain Rating from 0 to 10 and got over 300 relevant keywords into the top 30 on Google, giving the product solid visibility early on.

I started an online marketing campaign three months ago and invested $5,000. Our app has over 2,000 downloads and 986 registered users on the admin panel. The registration cost is less than $1, which is unbelievable for everyone in the market. Our app ranked number one globally when it was launched because of its UX and product design. Our sales ratio is still small, but it's okay because I'm currently focused on building other products. 

I've received positive feedback because of the app's development and amazing features. The feedback from the market has been superb.

Linkup Studio communicates well with me via WhatsApp and email. Linkup Studio understands our business, and their process is different from that of other agencies. The team has taken their time in the discovery, analysis, and deployment stages. Linkup Studio is transparent. When I started my engagement with Linkup Studio, people were challenging me about the distance between me being based in the Middle East and them being from Ukraine, but Linkup Studio has a lot of measures to ensure the required transparency. 

I'm happy with Linkup Studio's response time and transparency. Although I haven't worked with other development companies, I've worked at a marketing agency for 13 years. I know what being a service provider involves, and it's difficult to build a relationship like the one I have with Linkup Studio. The team adds value to what we present to them and challenges us when they think it is needed. The team gives us the same attention they provide to their bigger clients.

Linkup Studio can improve their knowledge of the local market and their presence in the Moroccan market. Linkup Studio supports the redesign of our mobile app because Apple requested that we redesign it. The team has created a dark mode and a new logo and onboarded new features. Linkup Studio supports the app's UX design and works on various websites and web and desktop applications. Linkup Studio is responsible for ensuring our Figma files remain pixel-perfect, clean, and organized in an appropriate design system. Linkup Studio works with two subbrands and 10 different products and manages around 3–4 design systems simultaneously.

Our mobile app has around 4 million active monthly users. The team has delivered good design work. After launching the app's redesign, Apple has told us it was the best redesign they've seen among companies they've requested to redesign their apps. The project's outcome is impressive. 

How did Linkup Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Linkup Studio has redesigned the app in three months, which is a great achievement. Nataliia has various designers on her team and can easily scale up and down as necessary, which is one of the main reasons I still work with the team. We collaborate with Linkup Studio through Figma and a shared Notion board where we add tasks and update their status.
