Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the president and COO of a subscription service that provides low-cost access to attorneys for low-to-middle income consumers that are struggling with debt.

What challenge were you trying to address with LinkTrust?

We needed help doing landing page campaigns. The initial software that we used before wasn’t sufficient.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They help us execute landing page campaigns. We can take in leads, posted from affiliates, directly to our landing page. We can also take warm-telephone transfer calls and track campaigns

What is the team composition?

I work with Gary (Client Success Manager), and their chat support team.

How did you come to work with LinkTrust?

Our last software didn’t have all of the functionality we were looking for, so we decided to try LinkTrust.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $5,000–$8,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2020, and our work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In general, their platform is intuitive and very easy to work with. Things really worked as advertised.

How did LinkTrust perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re extraordinarily responsive. Gary’s great about getting back to me about whatever the issue is, diving into a problem. They always get back to me right away. For example, last Friday I had an issue trying to upload historical leads via a link, and I was having trouble with file formats. By Monday I got 3–4 different responses on what I could try to solve the issue.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their responsiveness sets them apart. It’s refreshing for a company to be as accessible as they are. They’ve also been very accommodating with me and my desire to use a payment partner I already had.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve got some old components of their software that could probably be refreshed. It’s a nit-picky thing, but there’s a lack of consistency with how you can export files.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would encourage anyone to take advantage startup routine to get you onboarded and ramped up. In less than 8 hours you’re up and running and ready to go.
