What was the scope of their involvement?

LinkDoctor has provided content outreach and link building. They source websites for us that are suitable and relevant for our clients. In addition, they write articles by choosing a specific top a certain website may want to publish. They make sure our client is referenced within that article so that our clients get a backlink from a trusted source. They write and publish five articles per month on third-party websites.

Our clients have seen a positive impact for their company due to LinkDoctor’s work. LinkDoctor is really good at reporting results. They’ve been very good to work with and haven’t let me down.

LinkDoctor has been very efficient in managing the project. We have a monthly call with them where they take us through the results that they’ve achieved.

LinkDoctor has made it easy to get our content published and has taken the pain of doing research away from my team. We’re happy to have this option that we can offer to our client.

They could have a better process in place for signing off and approving the content. We pushed them to provide a proper approval process.

Setting up an approval process is important. Make it a transparent process for everyone.

We have an ongoing project with LinkDoctor to assist us improving our search engine results page placement for several key search terms our prospective clients use when researching tools similar to our platform. On a monthly basis, LinkDoctor locates websites with quality domain rank that are relevant to our industry, negotiates a posting, writes an article, and places our link in the article using the appropriate anchor text for the search term.

LinkDoctor updates us with every step and provides a shared document for us to check on. We have monthly meetings where LinkDoctor updates us with detailed analysis of how the search terms are improving, new words we rank for, makes suggestions, and checks if we would like to add or remove new search terms for the next month.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes. Each month in our review meetings, LinkDoctor provides detailed reporting. We're also able to evaluate the improved placement ourselves using SEO tools like seoMOZ and Ahrefs. We have gained significantly in SERP with targeted terms and begun to place with new terms we did not rank for prior to working with them.

LinkDoctor provides updates with each phase of the monthly cycle: locating placement on websites with quality domain rank, writing the articles, and when they publish.
